Goldenrod and the 4H Stone...

Happy belated new year, doves! How is January going for everyone thus far? Do you make resolutions? I never really make resolutions, but I do have some things I'd like to improve this year. I feel I've made some major progress regarding my overall health this year, and I'd like to keep that on the upswing (allergy shots forever!... Well, no, hopefully only for another couple years... Also, I tried hot power yoga for the first time, and I'd like to keep that up somewhat regularly). And even if I don't get to blog every week, I want to make it at least every two weeks. I would also like to grow the blog a bit, but I'm not exactly certain yet how I want to go about that. I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can think of at the moment.

So! I've been meaning to post this dress since... April-ish! I had originally paired it with a raspberry button up, but I think we all know by now that I can't resist this colour combination. This blouse is so gorgeous I almost felt bad covering it up. But at least you can see the pretty, poofy sleeves! I definitely plan on styling it for the blog again to show all of the lovely details.

Thanks for stopping by! And here's to making this year infinitely better than last!

  1. Ahh, I know those shoes! I bought them in two different sizes and they just never worked for me. I always swoon when I see photos of people wearing them, though. They go so nicely with everything. *sigh* I love the bursts of color in both outfits. The blue coat is my favorite piece!

    1. I finally had to replace my perfectly worn in oxfords! It was a sad day, but these were the closest I could find. They're a great colour but not very comfortable at all! I'm really hoping I can break them in. Thank you, dove! <3
