This is what I'm wearing today and what I'll be wearing tonight. I didn't feel like completely changing for the potluck I'm attending this evening, and I knew I wanted to wear this dress... So, I did a little from day to night remix! It's chilly, and I wanted to be comfy. This is what I'm wearing now.

And this is what I'll be wearing this evening! Change out the socks, ditch the cardigan, and throw on some heels, and there we go!

I got this dress on clearance at Target. I never try anything on, so I didn't realize how short the front is until way later. Whoops! Ah well, it was probably about ten bucks.
Also, as I always do, I am having serious cutter's remorse. The only thing I can do is remind myself that yes, it looked nice. But! It was four inch dead end city. Take a deep breath. And continue the awkward growing out phase. Awkward because on any given day my hair could be straight, curly, wavy, half of one and half of another, or all three! One side could be flat whilst the other is poofy. Oy. So, here we go boldly into the awkwardness!
Actually, I should go start my baked mac and cheese for the potluck!

Aw, don't worry, your hair looks voluptuous and beautiful to the rest of us! I'm jealous of how cooozy you look in the beginning
ReplyDeleteCute look! Love the color palette. Your heels are really cute, too!

I love both stylings of this outfit, and I think your hair really does look lovely!! Daylight savings time is the bane of the blogger's existence, I think. Luckily, I have lots of days off in the coming weeks, so I have to plan my "photo days" too!
